Federal Congressional Redistricting:

Pennsylvania’s CONGRESSIONAL REDISTRICTING ACT OF 2011, Act of Dec. 22, 2011, P.L. 598, No. 131, defines congressional districts that shall be in effect upon the expiration of … congressional terms ending in 2012.
